| Returns will not be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (R.M. A. #). No Refunds or Credits will be issued for items returned to us or to the Vender, without an R. M. A. #. Call 1-520-760-1665 for more information. R.M. A. numbers will only be issued upon review and approval of your written request. Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid by you. The R.M. A. # must be written on the box, just below the address label (example; R.M. A. # 12345). Returns must be New, unused items, and must be returned in their original packaging unless otherwise authorized. Restocking Fees may apply. RMAs are only issued via E-mail or mail. |
All sales are final on electronic items and do not qualify for R.M.A. These items include, but are not limited to; Light Bulbs, Power Chips, Power Programmers, Power Modules. Additionally, RMAs will not be given for any items which have been personalized with Monograms or Logos. |

| All manufacturers warranties are applied as dictated by the manufacturer. Any defects, deficiencies or fitment issues will be handled by the manufacturer of the item. Accessory Source Direct does not directly warranty any item or product sold. We will gladly assist our customers in any way possible if our assistance is needed in contacting the manufacturer. Warranty returns should include all original hardware, instructions, etc. |
